Pain & shoulder pain: Shoulder pain can be caused by arthritis, ligament injury, tendon tears, muscle strain ... It sounds like you might have some ligament or tendon tear. If your pain persists, you should seek help from a health care provider. You might benefit from a comprehensive evaluation.
