Options are few: In younger individuals , excessive skin to some extent moulds itself , by toning the body with exercises along with application elastic bandages , most common way is by cosmetic surgery. Consult a plastic surgeon in your area.

Lap band skin: It is hard to predict if a person will have a lot of excess skin after losing weight. The more weight you lose, the more likely you will have excess skin. Also, younger patients tend to have more elastic skin that shrinks back more than it does in older patients. There really isn't anything you can do to prevent having excess skin though.
