Depends: That's >100 eggs a year - it's a lot of cholesterol. If that's the only saturated fat one is eating, it's not too bad but if it's indicative of they type of diet one usually eats, it might be a problem. I suggest that individual get a fasting lipid profile to see where they stand. It should be evaluated in the context of all other risk factors too , not as an isolated item.
