Benadryl (diphenhydramine) stat: Take 25-5mg of Benadryl (diphenhydramine) right away and every 6 hours until the swelling goes down. Keeping some ice on it helps too.. If it doesn't improve or you have problems breathing, go to the emergency room right away.

If bee sting: Antihistamine and apply ice but if your unsure of diagnosis, need to see a doc. I would encourage a visit to the urgent care center.
