The frequency of....: Stooling in an infant is a very dynamic thing. If by constipated you mean they aren't stooling as frequently, this may be normal. I'd focus on the quality of the stool. If its soft with a formed quality, you are probably fine. If its hard and pellet like, they may be constipated and would benefit from more fruits and veggies with higher fiber content. If loose, may be encopresis. I'd talk2 you dr.

Depends on landing: If you witnessed fall and they did not land on head and they are not distressed and moving all extremities equally and acting normally you can just observe. If you did not see fall, they landed on head, they are vomiting, not moving normally or acting unusual in any way they should be seen now. If there is any loss of consciousness , seizure activity or you are alone with child call 911.

Not constipated?: It would be very rare for a child this age to have constipation since they are only taking in formula or breast milk. It is perfectly normal, for example, for breastfed infants to have a bowel movement once a week. Formula-fed go more often. How often does your baby go? If your baby is feeding well and not vomiting, you baby is ok.
