A member asked:

Could your muscles be so deconditioned that they burn to do simple tasks ? i am 24 ?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Yes: They can be that they must be pretty severely deconditioned. If they've been deconditioned that badly for a while, you would be expected to have sought medical care by now. What's causing such deconditioning is an open question, because it requires physical exam and history and probably a work up.
