Send to doc: Muscle burning often relates to muscular fatigue or lack of aerobic metabolism at a certain workload. If that workload or threshold is decreasing, an evaluation should ensue to find out why. Is it due to primary muscular inflammation (example connective tissue disease), is it due to secondary causes (like meds, infection, hormonal problems, or neurological causes).
