If i am not working out what could cause muscle burning any idea what are the options..what could be causing such severe muscle burning.normal tests

Depends: Not everything that burns is due to muscle. Nerve pain and central pain (from the brain) can burn. Toxic exposures, metabolic disease and infections should also be ruled out. An electromyography test should be performed before biopsy. Good luck.
