Not as bad...: Nicotine is the addictive chemical in tobacco. You should gradually decrease your usage week over week until you are no longer using. Nicotine gum is much better than smoking - so congratulations for being tobacco free!

It's a conscious : Decision you have to make for yourself. If you are determined to quit then start decreasing the number and set yourself a goal that in 3 weeks you will be off. It will be difficult but make it a goal and you will be successful. We always look for excuses and crutches - that's human nature! make a plan and stick to it and you will be successful. Good luck.
