Pinched nerve .: I am not sure whether the pain is starting from the right ear or radiating to the right ear .It seems radicular pain due to nerve irritation . Watch out for any weakness of the muscles . It could be just transient irritation that can pass . The most important thing to do is watch for any progression and any additional symptoms .
