Depends on what is: Wrong. If scrotal. Then physical examination and scrotal ultrasound. If musculoskeletal, then physical examination and perhaps mri. If internal pelvic pain, problems with urination or defecation, then physical examination and perhaps ct. If a soft tissue mass/lump - physical examination and perhaps ultrasound, mr or ct.
