Ekg normal..shows sinus tachycardia..blood work good..chest xray and ct scan(angiography) all good..is it safe to say nothing is wrong with my heart?

Tachycardia: Hello, it is good that your studies are good but tachycardia by definition means that your heart is beating too fast. Stimulants such as caffeine can cause the heart to beat faster. If your heart is beating too fast, too much wear on this important muscle will occur.
