Probably normal: The description you provide sounds like transient hepatic attenuation differences (thad) that can show as areas of enhancement on arterial phase imaging of the liver, but resolve on venous phase imaging. If it is this, it is normal. It could be normal variable blood supply to a portion of the liver, with more (or less) arterial (or portal venous) flow compared to the rest. Ask your doctor!
