Imaging and pathology reports are not written for patients themselves, but for their doctors and (in this case) other radiologists. Patients should focus primarily on the interpretation, conclusion or diagnosis, usually at the end of the report. The meaning of these findings can't be judged without knowing a lot more about your case. Read the conclusion then discuss with your doctor. Good luck.
