Hi! what do the words "with progressive enhancement and with restricted diffusion" mean referred to a hypointense lesion in the liver? also what are the main differences between a hypointense and a hypodense lesion in the liver? thanks?

Imaging and pathology reports are not written for patients themselves, but for their doctors and (in this case) other radiologists. Patients should focus primarily on the interpretation, conclusion or diagnosis, usually at the end of the report.
