Hip cysts: Several injections of intra articular cortisone to the hips may block the inflammation enough to resolve pain issues. The injections can be repeated in a graded manner if there is no diabetes and there is progress after each injection. If this is not effective then arthroscopic hip surgical treatment can be performed.
