No: It is not "normal" yest it can be anything serious yet it should be checked out. I see you had an MRI that probably was normal, what is you bp, you probably feel the arterial pulsation. You are young but yet on should believe you complaints. Maybe have a second opinion. If there is a medical school take all your results and let be seen by their doctors.
