Depends: It's the condition of your heart, not the specific rhythm that determines how serious it is. That said, it's a bit unusual to see nsvt in people with completely normal hearts, so a thorough investigation is indicated. At a minimum, that would include an echo, stress test, chest xray, and lab work.

Varies: Your dose of propanolol is very low. Ask your doctor if your dose needs to be adjusted. The serious of the arrhythmia depends on the underlying condition of your heart. Nsvt of short duration in a healthy heart is not very serious. If you have coronary disease, cardiomyopathy, or other significant heart disease, your arrhythmia may be more serious.
