Have palpitations. echo with stress test and ultrasound all good. looked at blood flow also. have alot of anxiety. on 24 hour holter monitor. how does a radiologist tell the difference between anxiety and arrhythmia on a 24 hour holter monitor?

Usually "anxiety" will not trigger an arrhythmia on a Holter monitor, and if the ECHO "looked good", the Holter over a 24 hour period should be reliable to exclude a cardiac arrhythmia. Suggest follow/up with a cardiologist for better prognostic guidance.
