No but can improve: This is a very difficult process. The answer really depends on how much body fat needs to be transferred. If you are not genetically intended to have fat distribution in the buttocks it probably isn't going to happen but if you have significant amount of weight that you are looking to lose in troublesome areas such as your stomach there are some diets that are better than others

Liposuction: One can use liposuction of abdominal fat. The supernatent fat is then prepared for fat injection into the buttocks. Unfortunately an overcorrection is needed since all of the fat foes not survive. The abdominal fat glubules are more delicate and do not endure the trauma of sitting, etc., as well in addition to the early loss of a certain percentage of fat neovasularized.
