Rare: The only way i could see that happening is if the reflux associated with the hiatal hernia is sufficient enough to cause sinusitis. This could then produce sinus headaches with pressure and pain around the eyes and face.

No they don't: Hiatal hernia is an internal defect nights diaphragm through which your stomach can slip into the chest and cause reflux. But headaches are not associated with this process.
