Good start: Derealization like many symptoms of anxiety has a difficult to predict couse .Treatment goals should be about managing it as it occurs and not get get stuck in a complete cure. Make sure you're not doing things to trigger. Using some form of acceptance can be very helpful and a part of many treatments. May need to focus on coping strategies.
