Get an evaluation: Is rare for Welbutrin withdrawal to last that long, so many other other questions are to be answered, like: are you still taking other psychotropics?, other meds at all?, are you healthy otherwise?, liver, kidney functions?, any past psychiatric hx of substance induced psychosis?, any pertinent family hx?, a long etc . So, symptoms are severe enough to be concerned and get a thorough evaluation.
