Feels unreal: Derealization is when your experience of reality is temporarily colored by a feeling that it all seems unreal. Unlike states of fascination, spirituality, or interest, it can be unpleasant or undesired. Occurs in anxious states but can occur by itself without conscious anxiety. If it applies to 'you, ' it is called 'depersonalization.'.
