Bad idea : One kg= 6, 600 cal.Average daily consumption of calories 2000+/-. It is physically impossible for you to loose 5 kg in five days without cutting off a leg. On a healthy diet you could loose 1-2 kg/month. A local dietition could help you identify ways to do this.
