Separate issues: You should be able to have the sedation to have your tooth pulled by your dentist. The previous anesthetic for colonoscopy would have no effect on your sedation for pulling your tooth. However, you may want to bring up the light bleeding with you GI doc (doc who did your colonoscopy) and your dentist. One issue they may have is anemia (low blood count) after bleeding. Good luck.

Colposcopy yes: I think you said you had a colposcopy, not a colonoscopy. Either way, you can definitely be sedated by the dentist to have tooth pulled. 100% okay!
