when i said my anxiety and breathing goes wrong just after i've taken my antidepressant a doctor suggested i needed a calming med. what types ?.

Calming med: When he said calming med, did he suggest anything? He should have been the one suggesting it because he knows you as patient and knows what might works best. I see you are already taking valium which is considered "calming medication". Ask your doc what he means.

Anxiety: I would suggest you talk to a mental health professional about this difficulty before you start another medication as you may be able to lessen your anxiety with increased awareness of what is causing your distress. My best.
