Why do i get a nagging jittery headache no matter what antidepressant my doctor puts me on for anxiety.thanks?

Anxiety: We usually start treatment of anxiety with very small dosages of antidepressants/anxiety modulators... For example we may start with 1-2 mg of citalopram and gradually increase to a therapeutic level. At our center we see a hi level of success of avoiding side effects. Patients with anxiety may be more sensitive to experiencing side effects from medications... So check with your dr. Good luck.

Maybe removing: if adding something does not help it is often more important to remove something . Try inflammatory foods to begin dairy grains and sugar. Avoid toxins , dyes and additives. optimize sleep, avoid caffeine. exercise 30min /day. Best Wishes
