The right side of the sclera in my right eye has gone bright red. it looks like a blood vessel has burst in my eye. i have no other symptoms. just a feeling of discomfort in my right eye which is how i detected the bright red sclera. what do i do?

Possible: A subconjuctival hemorrhage is common, usually after cough or sneeze spells and should clear by itself in few days. Other conditions such as conjunctivitis or scleritis are possible as well and persistence of the eye changes should prompt a visit with your GP for an exam.
