Sometimes when i get really mad and i argue i cry for no reason like if i was a child.. why is that? and how can it be controlled?

Brain Development!: Talking things through and getting enough exercise & sleep may be enough to help with the adolescent ability to recognize other people's emotions and deal with what may be normal "outbursts!" a "noisier brain, " as we say! but, have a conversation with your pediatrician and let him/her know of your concerns. There may be other, more troubling, causes & though rare, should be considered w her/him!
