I've noticed that when i cry, my arms get numb and tingly. is there any reason for this?

Hyperventilation.: Probably hyperventilation. You breath too rapidly. When you do this you breathe out carbon dioxide which raises your ph allowing Albumin to bind more calcium. The net effect is a numb tingly sensation in your hands / feet / face.
