Assays = part of ans: Assays for drug response are more about metabolism of the drug and i wouldn't expect would be able to (in a binary yes/no manner) predict the full spectrum of side effects likely to occur on you as a patient. Remember that in medicine as in life, there are few absolutes. I would be wary of anyone or anything that ever predicts a 100% response. Nothing is perfect.
