Mild CRPS: First be certain this is CRPS and not something else. Second opinion from a pain management or neurology specialist may be useful. Without knowing more facts would recommend against SCS for "mild CRPS". There are various non-invasive modalities that can be tried as well as less invasive injections.

I think it is ok: If you are not tolerating the meds and the pain is causing you to have to alter your life...and you have failed less invasive injections...then I say SCS is reasonable.
