I stopped taking lexapro 20mg around two and a half months ago, but tapered down. im restarting now. will the side effects be as bad and is tapering back up a good idea?

You didn't say what your side effects were. Titrating upwards will help to prevent side effects. Please DON'T exclude your provider in this.
