Im 5 weeks pregnant, and i was told that theres a small hemoragging in the uterus, but im not bleeding. is this a big deal? will i miscarry?

Probably not: I assume you were told this by your obstetrician? If they had found anything serious, they would have told you. Many women have spotting in early pregnancy, and have healthy babies after nine months. Miscarriages happen, but you have a very low chance of having one. If you see actual bleeding, you must report it to your doctor asap!

Cant tell: There may some bleeding from the implantation of the placenta. These usually will heal. It has to watched and unfortunately is not treatable. There is no way to predict whether it will lead to miscarriage. I am sure your OB has a follow up appointment.
