Excision: Usually excision is the treatment for these lesions. If there are multiple lesions, then there are rare times that mastectomy would be necessary.

PASH: PASH is a benign entity, so unless it is symptomatic, no treatment may be necessary. If it is symptomatic, the treatment would be surgical excision.
