Bile acid gastritis: I believe you had asked a similar question previously. I would recommend having an upper endoscopy to evaluate the gastritis. A trial of omeprazole for two weeks can help determine if your pain is due to stomach acid. If not then bile acid may be the issue. Carafate (sucralfate) works pretty well for this.
