can a broken eardrum will regenerate in time? mine is broken 9yrs ago and still i can feel air passing through it when i blow closing my mouth & nose.

Not always: As you can demonstrate, sometimes a slit / fissure will heal, but if significant structural damage/loss, then cannot on own. See an ENT dr for exam and options on reconstruction.
