Wait a moment..: Before you go putting peroxide in that ear you should make sure that you don't have an ear infection or worst yet a rupture of your ear drum; have your health care provider check out that ear first and discuss the hydrogen peroxide cleaning at the visit; you can use diluted hydrogen peroxide when you aren't sick by dampening a cotton ball and squeezing it into the ear.

Yes but wont help: this pain in your ears is probably due to pressure in the middle ear.hydrogen peroxide will not hurt your ear drum but not help this pain.you need a decongestant
