Knee pain: Arthroscopic approach may be able to remove bone spurs and giove youi some relief, but if you are getting to the bone on bone stage and the arthroscoopic cleaning out of your joint space does not provide relief, then it is time to consult your sur\\orthopedist about surgical intervention.

Seedetails: Have you tried injectable lubricants such as synvisc (hylan g-f 20) or orthovisc? You can also try another NSAID as Mobic is not all that strong. Knee replacement surgery is generally avoided in someone so young.
