Can a chiropractor definitively diagnose a herniated, bulged or slip disc solely by an x-ray given in his office?

Herniated Disc: No. Unable to see the actual soft tissue of the disc on xray of the spine. Can see changes in the disc space between the bones which give you an idea of whats going on, but, you cannot see the disc itself.
