Antihistamines: If by mouth swelling you mean angioedema. Effective over-the-counter antihistamines include fexofenadine (allegra) and loratidine (claritin, alevert) both long-acting and non-sedating and cetirzine (zyrtec) that is occasionally sedating. Feel at ease using generic versions of these medications.

Seek medical advice: "mouth swelling" is a very vague symptom, as many different conditions can cause swelling in or of the mouth. Therefore, to better clarify the cause, i would seek medical attention to determine the cause as treatments will vary depending on the cause. Additionally, allergic swelling of the mouth can become life-threatening if it spreads to the throat or airway.
