Is it true that you should rotate your servings of leafy veggies daily in order to avoid a buildup of toxins from the leaves?

No need: Eat your leafy veggies as much and as frequently as you want. The only reason to "rotate" is to be sure you consume vitamins & minerals associated w/other fruits & veggies. We often recommend eating the colors of the rainbow each day for variety's sake. Personally, i'd rather you eat the same leafy veggies over & over rather than not eat any veggies at all. But that's me. Haven't found any researc.
