Always Bleeding: Regardless of pregnancy you need to be seen by your gynecologist urgently. Something is wrong and that something could be very serious. Don't know why you are suffering with this problem without seeking help.

Trying to conceive: If you're "always" bleeding, we need to know from where you're bleeding, presumably vagina, rather than rectum or urethra. With that said, go see your doctor to get evaluated & treated. Once that's done, then re-evaluate getting pregnant. Start prenatal vitamins now to lower risk for neural tube defect. If you've already tried for over a year w/o baby, go see reproductive endocrinologist.
