The women i know who had monthly bleeding that looked like a period were pregnant and all delivered healthy babies, how when this is supposedly rare?

When a woman is : Pregnant her periods cease. However, she could experience bleeding that is not a period. I have never heard of a pregnant woman have monthly bleeding at the time she would have experienced a period. You might want to double check the accuracy of the information you heard.
