Could be a sign: Could be a sign you need to slow down on the caffeine and nicotine. Let your doctor know about the change and they will know what else to check.

27 yo female-heart palpitations all night every night 3 months (sometimes no sleep). All labs have come back normal (no results on thyroid yet), two normal EKGs, nothing detected via stethoscope. No caffeine no anxiety prior to palps. Possible cause?
Significant palpitations. Had EKG, read as sinus tachycardia at 170 bpm. What can this be? 26 years old; no caffeine, drugs, etc. All normal labs
Why would a small amount of caffeine create nerve issues? (burning, tingling sharp pains) through out body..legs arms, ear, face ect? Also numbness in neck? I've noticed a few times after having a cup of green tea or some type of caffeine.

I'm 30, 5'11" 165lb, don't smoke, drink or do drugs, no caffeine, only drink water, eat healthy-ish, not exercised in 5 years after palpitations started (PACs, sinus tachy, cardio says I need to but so stressed, could it help palpitations and stress?
