If you are in good health and palpitations are infrequent as you describe, nothing further needs to be done. Palpitations may sometimes occur without an underlying arrhythmia. If you are really concerned, a Holter monitor might help provide further information. Please discuss with your doctor. If no concerns on his/her part, would disregard.
