Heart palpitations new onset 1 month, 1-2x per day. no caffeine, no alcohol, was using magnesium as a supplement but stopped using 2 weeks ago. sinus brady with sinus arrhythmia. young and healthy with all excellent vital signs. why palps?

Don't know why but your body is talking to you. Listen and take good notes then share them with your Dr. Then you all can figure it out. PVCs are considered normal.

If you are in good health and palpitations are infrequent as you describe, nothing further needs to be done. Palpitations may sometimes occur without an underlying arrhythmia. If you are really concerned, a Holter monitor might help provide further information. Please discuss with your doctor. If no concerns on his/her part, would disregard.
