Not normal: Certainly a finding not to ignore as glucosuria (medical term for sugar in urine) can be a sign of high sugar level in the blood i.E diabetes. Please seek evaluation by her your primary care doctor to rule out diabetes. Good luck.

Accurate result?: If the urine test is accurate, see your family doctor right away to get tested for diabetes. If the urine test is not accurate, get a proper urinalysis. If you are diabetic, then your diabetes isn't under good control. Rarely, glucose may "spill over" into the urine at lower thresholds, but not at this level.
