See details: A 20 year with significant degenerative disc disease? If this is actually true, then you need a detailed evaluation to look for underlying disorders than cause accelerated disc damage.

I've had facet joint injections which have not worked I'm bent over can not lean back physio therapy has not worked I've got stenosis and ddd? See pic
