What symptoms usually go along with kidney cancer?

Several: Many kidney cancers these days are found on cat scans that have been done for other reasons than looking for kidney cancer. Symptoms can include weight loss, flank pain, blood in the urine, fatigue. If detected in early stages, kidney cancer is highly curable with removal of the affected kidney, or sometimes, removal of part of the kidney.

Usually none...: The classic triad of abdominal pain, hematuria, and palpable mass are very rarely seen these days. Most cases of kidney cancer are incidentally found during imaging for other issues.
