Hydrate: Hydrate in the future before blood draws. You could also have had a vasovagal reaction from the blood draw too.

And question is?: Distressing stimuli can induce fainting in predisposed persons, usually due to relaxation of the blood vessels (vagal release), which drops the BP and leaves the brain without sugar and oxygen, so you lose consciousness. During that process, random firing can cause seizure-like movements, but are rarely a long-term concern. BP returns to normal (for you) in few minutes after horizontal. Good luck!
